Gyaan.ai is a cutting-edge SaaS platform specializing in revenue management solutions for B2B enterprises. By delivering actionable insights and reducing the complexity of sales processes, it helps organizations optimize their sales strategies and achieve accelerated revenue growth. Gyaan.ai partnered with NetBramha Studios to transform their SaaS-based revenue management platform into a collaborative, intelligent, and engaging experience for go-to-market (GTM) teams, integrating artificial intelligence and automation into their workflows.
Challenges
The Gyaan.ai platform faced several challenges, including the need to build new features while navigating the constraints of its Salesforce integration and managing complex workflows with numerous permutations and combinations. Additionally, overcoming technical limitations was crucial to ensuring stability and reliable performance. The lack of clarity in the product vision further necessitated alignment with user expectations to deliver meaningful value. The platform primarily serves sales representatives and engineers aged 20–40, as well as managers and Chief Revenue Officers (CROs) aged 35–60, catering to their distinct needs and roles within revenue management processes.

Reimagining Gyaan.ai into a seamless, simple, & engaging avatar, attracting more new users, & diminishing the learning curve. With improved team communication & transparency, Gyaan.ai offered improved collaboration, enhancing usability & accelerating growth by enabling businesses to garner more revenues. The new Gyaan.ai facilitated real time analytics, guiding users throughout the journey, providing clear actionable insights, thus bringing down the overall complexity of the revenue management process.
Our
Research
The research phase for Gyaan.ai focused on identifying and addressing key pain points to transform the platform’s user experience. Through discovery, we conducted user interviews with well-defined scripts, uncovering challenges such as low collaboration and transparency, the complexity of the platform for both new and existing users, non-intuitive workflows that increased cognitive load, and repetitive manual tasks within the desktop application. Using card sorting, we organized data into meaningful categories, extracting actionable insights to tackle these issues. Finally, we developed use cases to map user needs and behaviors, laying the groundwork for design principles that would simplify workflows, enhance collaboration, and reduce user effort.

Execution
The design execution for Gyaan.ai focused on crafting seamless process, experience, interface, and interaction designs that bridged user needs with business goals. For the Desktop Web Application, the Dashboard was designed to empower sales representatives by guiding their next steps and helping them stay organized. The Pipeline enabled users to create custom views and manage multiple deals simultaneously, while the Analytics section provided detailed performance insights for managers and CROs to make informed decisions. The Actions feature streamlined task management, allowing users to set priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities with ease. Additionally, Workflow Automation was introduced to simplify repetitive tasks, ensuring efficiency and control, particularly for managers overseeing complex processes.
Visual design
For Gyaan’s visual design, we explored multiple visual design languages, each aligned to the design principles (Helpful, Intelligent, Goal-Oriented, & Gratifying). The final visual design consisted of light gradients enhancing contrast thus making complex analytics easy to read & scan along with adding a touch of modernity. A visually clean & uncluttered interface was designed to reduce the cognitive load while improving the visibility of analytics. Data visualization elements were added, aiding visibility of complex revenue management metrics that were previously difficult to navigate.

The redesign of Gyaan.ai delivered significant improvements across various dimensions of the platform, creating a meaningful impact for its users. Enhanced team communication and transparency were achieved by rethinking workflows and introducing features that promoted seamless collaboration across teams. Optimized user flows reduced the number of clicks required to perform key actions, streamlining processes and saving valuable time for users. The integration of data-driven decision-making tools provided actionable insights, empowering users with greater precision and enabling more informed strategies.
