You understand B2B automation, can craft sharp mailers, outbound campaigns & know how to build a digital presence that converts. You’re a smart marketer who leverages AI tools to scale impact and optimize performance.

Your Purpose to the Team:
- As our Growth Marketer, you’ll be the strategic force behind amplifying NetBramha’s brand presence and driving qualified B2B leads across global markets
 - You’ll bridge the gap between design excellence and business impact—translating our award-winning UX/UI capabilities into compelling narratives that attract enterprise clients & digital-first businesses
 - Leverage data & insights to refine marketing initiatives for maximum impact
 - Align marketing efforts with sales & business objectives for tangible results
 
What You’ll Own & Drive:
You’ll be the architect of our B2B growth strategy, owning key initiatives across the marketing funnel:
Strategy & Performance Optimization:
- Own lead generation efforts to attract, engage & convert prospects into high-quality leads
 - Track performance through analytics & KPIs, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI
 - Design and execute multi-channel organic campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content etc.) to attract high-value prospects
 - Implement and manage marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track campaign performance
 
Digital & Content Marketing:
- Strengthen NetBramha’s brand presence through strategic brand marketing initiatives, ensuring strong visibility & engagement across digital channels
 - Collaborate with design and other teams to produce case studies, whitepapers, blogs, webinars & content videos that showcase our impact
 - Develop social media strategies across key platforms to grow brand presence, increase engagement & conversions
 
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in the service industry
 - Proven success in scaling lead generation and pipeline for enterprise clients
 - Strong grasp of inbound/outbound marketing, content marketing, SEO etc.
 - Exceptional storytelling skills
 - Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM & performance tracking tools
 - A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with analytical decision-making
 - A growth mindset, curiosity for design, and passion for crafting meaningful digital experiences
