Illustrator & Motion Designer

We’re looking for a talented Illustrator & Motion Designer to bring our digital projects to life with stunning illustrations and dynamic motion graphics.
As an Illustrator & Motion Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling illustrations and motion graphics that elevate our digital projects. Your work will play a key role in enhancing user experiences, communicating ideas clearly and adding a unique artistic touch to our designs.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, enjoys experimenting with visual concepts, and has a strong eye for detail.

Your Purpose to the Team:

• As an Illustrator & Motion Designer, you’ll be the creative force behind our visual storytelling
• Bridge the gap between static design and immersive, animated experiences, enhancing user engagement across digital platforms
• Work closely with designers and clients to translate ideas into visually compelling narratives that resonate with audiences

What You’ll Own & Drive:

• Create custom 2D & 3D illustrations, icons, motion graphics that align with brand identities, digital products and marketing campaigns
• Use visual elements to tell stories effectively, enhancing user engagement and emotional connection
• Ensure the designs maintain high visual standards, consistency and attention to detail
• Apply storytelling techniques to create visually captivating content
• Keep up with the latest design trends, tools and motion graphics techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in illustration and motion design, with a diverse portfolio showcasing a mix of illustration styles & motion graphics, demonstrating creativity, storytelling and technical proficiency
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
• Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring every design element aligns with project goals and brand identity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines & adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant qualification
• Strong expertise in Adobe illustrator, Figma, After effects etc.
• Great drawing skills both digitally and otherwise
