Your Purpose to the Team:
- Drive sustainable customer acquisition & revenue growth
- Meet defined MQL & SQL targets consistently
- Identify & cultivate high-quality leads that convert into valuable client relationships
- Serve as a critical connection point between client needs & our creative design solutions
- Provide market intelligence to inform business strategy
What You’ll Own & Drive:
- Proactive Prospect Outreach: Create compelling pitches & generate MQLs/SQLs every week for sales team independently via email, calls & social media to build relationships & secure meetings with decision-makers
- Lead Generation: Research, identify & target potential leads across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, industry-specific websites, events, tailored email campaigns & professional networks
- Target Achievement: Own & meet established lead generation targets with accountability for growth
- Client Qualification Framework: Implement a robust qualification system to evaluate leads based on needs, budget, timeline & decision-making authority
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors & market developments to identify emerging business opportunities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing & design teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business goals
- Lead-nurturing Programs: Design & nurture strategic campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel with relevant content & timely follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years in lead generation, pre-sales or consulting within a services or design environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field
- Persistence & resilience with ability to handle rejection professionally
- Resilient communicator with sustained positive demeanor
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation with demonstrable results in a services or design environment
- Excellent communication skills & comprehensive understanding of B2B acquisition dynamics & decision-making processes
- Evidence-based approach to prospect targeting with clear qualification methodology
- Strong data mindset with ability to analyze metrics & optimize outreach strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Lead gen tools, MS-Office & Google Suite, with ability to maintain meticulous records
- Analytical problem-solver who can quickly identify client pain points & position our services as solutions
