We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Presales Analyst with a background in design services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude. This role involves working closely with our sales and design teams to identify client needs, propose tailored design solutions, and support the sales process from initial contact to final agreement.

Role & Responsibilities

Client Interaction:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and design requirements.
• Partake in discovery calls and gather detailed project requirements.

Solution Design:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop customized solutions that address client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our design capabilities and value proposition.
• Assist the sales team with the creation of sales collateral, including case studies, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide technical and design expertise during client meetings and negotiations.

Market Research:

• Understanding of market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
• Analyze client feedback and market data to continuously improve our service offerings.

Project Coordination:

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the pre-sales process.

Operational Tasks:

• Provide essential support to the Sales Manager by efficiently managing and maintaining daily sales tasks.

Must have Skills

• Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales support, or consulting role.
• Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. CRMs etc
