An immersive learning experience for enterprise training needs

Cymorg’s white label B2B SaaS-based platform harnesses AI to transform professional development across enterprises. It is tailored to accommodate the diverse training needs of large organizational departments and teams. Cymorg collaborated with us to redesign a complex user journey across enterprise training modules. By leveraging design thinking principles, we created a more intuitive and engaging experience, incorporating gamification elements for a seamless interaction.

Challenges

Our primary challenge was to create an enterprise-grade learning solution that offered dynamic, tailored experiences without breaking the bank. This required a delicate balance between incorporating complex subject matter and effectively managing stakeholder expectations while developing a globally applicable platform. The goal was to maximize learner engagement, long-term knowledge retention, and overall affordability.

Solution

To address the challenges of outdated training modules and low retention rates, we designed a highly intuitive and seamless user journey. By focusing on innovative, human-centric solutions, we transformed archaic training materials into immersive and engaging experiences. Our platform catered to a diverse range of employees and enterprises, providing tailored learning paths to effectively bridge skill gaps. This innovative approach aimed to increase knowledge retention and drive measurable business impact.

Our
research

In our research phase, we conducted comprehensive discovery sessions to identify the pain points experienced by users of the existing training modules. These sessions involved detailed interviews with users to gather insights on their experiences across the platform. Through these in-depth interviews, we gained valuable insights into how well the training modules supported immersive learning, primary challenges that users were experiencing with the models and how to increase the retention for employees. This information was crucial in shaping our approach to improving the training experience.

NetBramha Studios embraced a user-centric design approach to achieve Cymorg’s goals. Our strategy focused on three key pillars:

Simplifying the User Journey: Streamlining navigation and implementing intuitive design principles were crucial for creating a seamless user experience.

We mapped out the existing user flow and identified points of friction. Based on this analysis, we redesigned the user journey to be more intuitive and streamlined. The emphasis shifted from static content modules to dynamic learning paths that catered to individual skill gaps. Information architecture principles were applied to categorize and organize training materials logically. This ensured easy discoverability of relevant content and minimized user frustration.

The user flow and IA done was to understand each individual module end-to-end and to create a product-wide journey flowing through these modules.

Visual design

NetBramha Studios crafted an immersive learning experience for the Cymorg platform by prioritizing both aesthetics and usability. A futuristic design language, characterized by clean lines and subtle gradients, was balanced with practical considerations like high-contrast fonts and a dark theme to reduce eye strain. This visual appeal was complemented by intuitive navigation, clear labeling, and robust search functionalities, ensuring users could effortlessly explore and engage with the platform’s content.

outcomes

The project successfully expanded the platform’s user base from India to a global audience, showcasing its versatility and appeal across diverse markets.
