Dr. Trust 360 is at the forefront of transforming personal health and wellness by seamlessly bridging the gap between cutting-edge health monitoring devices and a smarter, more connected mobile application. With a mission to empower individuals in managing their health, the platform is designed to provide a comprehensive ecosystem where users can effortlessly track vital metrics, receive instant diagnoses, and manage their wellness goals all in one place.
Dr Trust partnered with NetBramha to design an intuitive, user-friendly application that simplifies health tracking, connects effortlessly with devices, and enables users to securely share real-time health data with chosen healthcare professionals. Something which is more than just a reactive health monitor, but an integrated, user-first approach to wellness, fostering a healthier lifestyle through informed choices.
Challenges
The challenges revolved around making health and wellness engaging and accessible for users. We needed to incorporate gamified elements to foster long-term user loyalty, transform complex health metrics into easy-to-understand insights while maintaining trust and security, and design a seamless integration between the app and multiple health monitoring devices for a frictionless experience. Additionally, we aimed to empower users with actionable insights, real-time alerts, and proactive tools to help them take charge of their health and well-being.
Solution
We prioritized creating a seamless onboarding experience by designing visually guided device pairing, enabling users to connect their health monitoring devices effortlessly, regardless of their tech proficiency. Recognizing the need for users to manage multiple devices, we developed intuitive user flows that ensured smooth navigation and a hassle-free experience, even for complex setups. To enhance user confidence and engagement, we introduced interactive guidance through coach marks, providing step-by-step assistance for exploring features and understanding new journeys within the app. This holistic approach culminated in the creation of a robust, all-in-one wellness hub—a platform where users could easily track vital health metrics, manage personalized recommendations, and take actionable steps to improve their overall health and well-being.

Research
We began by delving into the world of health-tech users and stakeholders to uncover the critical pain points in building a holistic wellness app. Through in-depth discovery interviews, we gained valuable insights into user goals, challenges, and expectations, allowing us to align on clear priorities for the product. Collaborative workshops with stakeholders helped us define the project scope, focusing on bridging gaps in existing solutions and addressing unmet needs. A comprehensive competitor analysis revealed unique opportunities to differentiate the app by tackling key issues such as fragmented health data, complex device connectivity, and the lack of actionable insights for proactive wellness management.

Our design execution focused on delivering a clear, accessible, and delightful user experience at every touchpoint. We began by building wireframes to validate workflows and fine-tune the app’s interactions, ensuring ease of use. To maintain usability and consistency, we conducted thorough design audits across all elements.
Key features like the connected ecosystem for real-time health monitoring, proactive health guardianship for seamless sharing of health data, personalized wellness recommendations, and secure in-app medical consultations were central to the design. We optimized onboarding with visually guided device pairing, ensuring effortless user start-up, and designed intuitive flows for managing multiple devices. Interactive coach marks were integrated to educate users on new features, while the platform itself became a one-stop wellness hub, empowering users to track, manage, and improve their overall health with ease.
Visual design
High-fidelity visual designs followed, incorporating custom iconography and illustrations to enhance clarity and provide a cohesive aesthetic. Custom color palette & typography were selected evoking a sense of trust, calmness, & peace for a holistic wellness app. Vivid illustrations were created to make the user journey seamless & easy to navigate. Critical health notifications & alerts were designed with bright, high contrasting colors for easy scanning.
The outcomes
The design solutions had a significant impact, driving both user adoption and improved healthcare outcomes. In just six months, Dr. Trust 360 surpassed 100k active users, with over 1 million devices sold globally. The app’s real-time alert system proved invaluable, detecting critical health changes and potentially preventing life-threatening situations. Additionally, the seamless and secure sharing of health data allowed users and their chosen healthcare guardians to make timely, informed decisions, fostering a proactive approach to health management and leading to better overall health outcomes.
