Dimple is a research and processes expert with over 12 years of experience in defining and streamlining operational processes across the Indian corporate and start-up space. She is one of the youngest in the country to gain a Six Sigma Black Belt certification – both from Thomson Reuters and BMGI. As a partner, she drives the operations and people divisions at NetBramha. She has successfully grown the NetBramha team by 5x in 3 years and honed world-class designers.

Dimple’s analytical leadership has decreased the turnaround time, streamlined delivery as well as hiring timelines, and improved the customer happiness of NetBramha’s 250+ clients. Her love for data can only be matched by her passion for health. She’s a promoter of healthy lifestyles, work-life integration, and mental health. She’s a vegetarian by choice and a fervent advocate of vegetarianism. She was a part of IIM Bangalore and Goldman Sachs’ 10000 Women Entrepreneurs in 2019.
