1to1help partnered with NetBramha Studios to reimagine its digital ecosystem for mental wellness, covering a mobile app & website that serve over 10 million users & 1,000+ organizations. The goal was to make emotional well-being accessible, confidential & engaging through a seamless digital experience. The redesign aimed to create a safe, empathetic space where users could explore, understand & act on their mental health needs. It also positioned the platform as a trusted partner for organizations investing in employee well-being at scale.
Challenge
Previously, the platform felt overwhelming & fragmented, which discouraged users from engaging consistently. Complex workflows made it difficult to book therapy sessions or access self-help tools, while low attention spans & emotional fatigue among users demanded a design that was quick, resonant & easy to navigate. Fear of judgment & confidentiality concerns further reduced the openness to seek help & limited personalization led to an impersonal experience that failed to build trust.
Solution
NetBramha Studios collaborated with 1to1help to simplify, humanize & personalize the experience. The redesign centered on empathy, emotional resonance & guided engagement – making it easier for users to connect with help when they needed it most. The team introduced AI-assisted wellness journeys, streamlined booking flows & engaging micro-interactions that made seeking support feel natural & stigma-free. By blending technology with compassion, the new platform redefined how digital products can drive emotional connection.
Research
Through user interviews & behavioral mapping, two distinct personas emerged: high-risk users seeking immediate relief from stress, anxiety, or burnout & proactive users focused on maintaining long-term emotional balance. Insights revealed a strong need for quick tools, confidentiality assurance & relatable emotional communication. As a result, the design emphasized simplicity, personalization & a non-judgmental tone that encouraged users to open up.

Gamified progress tracking featuring streaks, achievements & wellness scores kept users motivated, while automated counselor matching made therapy access quick & effortless.
